Farm Manager

Norm is the Farm Manager at the Veteran Victory Farm, is a Vietnam Veteran and the current President of the Gardner chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America and brings with him over 30 years experience working veterans. He leads the farm residents in all of their chores and duties and has set up a seven step plan to rate progress within the program. His dedication and ability to lead make him the perfect fit for farm manager. |
